I recently removed my IE9 and installed Mozilla Firefox. Clairvia is the program I use to input my work schedule for work. Since changing from IE 9 to Firefox, when I log into the Clairvia program I am not able to access it. it won't let me do the things I need to do. do you have any answers? Any help?

What version of Windows do you have? I'm sure IE is still in there somewhere. If you can't find a shortcut anywhere, try typing this in the Start > Run or Start > Search box:

iexplore.exe

As for this web application, because a login is required, there's no way for forum volunteers to take a look. Can you check with your company on whether they support Firefox for that application?

If you want to explore further on your own, try the site in Firefox's Safe Mode. That's a standard diagnostic tool to bypass interference by extensions (and some custom settings). More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.

You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using

Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

In the dialog, click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset)

Any difference?
