I can't open a link of a site

When I click the link, literally nothing happens. Upon right-clicking and clicking "inspect element", I find that the link has the following code: href="javascript:openInfoWindow(2);"

I can open this link on other computers, but not my own at home. I believe this is an error in my settings? Perhaps the javascript settings, but I can't fix it.

Maybe the page has a javascript syntax error or something like it, can you share the URL where this is happening?

I wish I could, but it is an account/password exclusive page. I don't think it's a syntax error since I can access it on other computers.

Hi SpiritRush,

Can you attempt to run Firefox in Modo Seguro? Although not always the root cause of the problem, add-ons can sometimes cause conflicts, and running Firefox in Safe Mode is a quick and easy way to troubleshoot for these types of problems.

Please let us know the problem persists after running FIrefox in Safe Mode.

Thanks!!

Hello rjbd,

Wow, It worked, thank you! So I guess there is an add-on getting in the way?
