My Download screen shows several versions of FF setup - can I delete any of these?

more options

I have been getting automatic updates with no problems. However, it appears that previous versions are not removed after current version is installed. So in my download file I have the following setup versions: 3.6.12 4.0 6.0 9.10.1 10.0.2 Which is current, and which can I delete?

Hi johnfg,

If Firefox is already installed on your computer, you don't need any of these setup files. So you can delete them.

Just to clarify, where are these versions listed? If they are listed in Add/Remove Programs, I suggest making a backup of your settings folder before removing old versions, in case something goes wrong and your personal data gets removed.

This article has tips on that: Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles.
