when i paste excel cells into an email, it does show up when sent.

When I copy cells from an excel file and paste to an email in Mozilla Firefox, it shows up and looks great. However, when I send the email, it doesn't show up on the sent email.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". Seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
