My version is 29.0.1. I've done the auto update and failed the update. This is the message saying that it failed the update because: The Update could not be installed (patch apply failed)

Tried manual download and also failed. After clicking the the file Firefox Setup 30.0.exe, a window pops up showing the % of extracting and after 99% the windows disappeared and nothing happens.

Please help. Thanks.

First check whether previous instance of firefox is already running by restarting the computer. Since a properly not closed firefox make the conflicts. other thing is might cause of another user login at time of firefox running. So Restarting firefox might solve this problem .
