When Firefox starts, it opens my homepage, but also opens a page with a tab labeled "Customize Firefox." It's not a website - just a page where I can customize FF. How can I stop that page from opening?

Make sure that you don't have it set as your home page. If that doesn't work, try starting firefox in safe mode.
