The Help menu bar option does not open. F10 and the ? work.
When i click on the Help menu bar option, nothing happens. When i click on the 3 bar menu option in the right corner, i can see the options that would normally appear when i click on the menu bar Help word. I have updated to version 53.03 (32bit version) and still nothing when i click on the word Help on the menu bar. How do i fix this?

F10 on Windows 10 shows and hides the toolbar with File, Edit, View, History etc, it does not open the hamburger menu ? button.

However there don't seem to be any shortcuts that open up the hamburger menu, can you show me the reference for keyboard shortcuts you are referencing pretty please?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
Just to be clear: When i click on the word HELP on the Menu Bar, nothing happens. How do i get this to show the help functions again?
Danmg, thank you for your clarity! If a menu bar like this one is not working, the troubleshooting steps provided by corel are to determine if there is an extension or add on that is affecting the functionality of that menu
In order to give the best advice, please do share the results of the troublehsooting steps so that we can find out if the compatibility of one of the addons is affecting the Help menu.
Thank you.
