of course it will be hard to get any answers because of #1 below so this is a catch22

  1. 1 cannot access my yahoo email accounts
  1. 2 when I click on Explorer to try from there firefox comes up

HI, neat trick. You will need to change the file association from the icon Properties (right click it ) to point to the right place.

Firefox version please ?
