Use these links to create a new profile. Use this new profile as is. Is the problem still there?

I already tried all your mentioned solutions but nothing helped....firefox in running as usual, there is no problem in that but it starts with this missing profile error msg and this msg flashes after every few minutes....
Firefox 67 and later can use a dedicated profile for each of the Firefox update channels and will lock the profile, so it can only be used by Firefox in a specific installation folder. For Release versions this profile would be a xxxxxxxx.default-release profile, profiles used in older Firefox versions usually used a xxxxxxxx.default profile (a refresh adds a time stamp). You can find the registered profiles on the about:profiles page.
I know about my firefox profile folder, and where it get saved in the "C" drive.....but thats not at all the solution of my problem.....just tell me what should I do to rectify this profile missing error msg.....while writing this comment the error msg already came for three times....just tell me what should I do...

Hi Rizwi,
Is that message "Ur firefox profile is missing, it's not accessible" word-for-word and accurate spelling?
If it is - you've got a browser infection.
Run a scan with Malwarebytes (free) or the Malwarebytes AdwCleaner https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/
Be sure to close Firefox when you run a scan.
Dear "My Cheese Is Slippin",
The complete message is "Your firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible."
I have kaspersky Internet security installed.
Plz look for the solution of my main problem. Its vry annoying and irritating to just click on "OK" on error dialog box. While typing this comment, this error msg already came for three times...
Let’s do a full clean re-install;
Note: Firefox comes in three or more folders on all computers. They are;
Maintenance: (Programs Folder) <Windows Only> Firefox itself: (Programs Folder) And two folders in the profile of each user on the computer for each Firefox profile for that user.
If you remove the Firefox folder, the user profiles would not be affected.
Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}
Save the file. Then Close Firefox.
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86) Note: Check Both Folders
Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-download-and-install-firefox-mac
Linux: Check your user manual. If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it. See Install Firefox on Linux; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux
If you downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder Firefox in your home directory. http://www.mozilla.org/firefox#desktop ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Look for, and remove any Mozilla or Firefox program folders. Do not remove the Mozilla Thunderbird folder if there is one.
Do Not remove any profile folders.
After rebooting the computer, run a registry scanner if you have one. Then run the installer. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ If there is a problem, start your Computer in safe mode and try again.

Dear Fred,
"THERE IS DEFINITELY SOME BUG IN NEW FIREFOX 67."
At first, I uninstalled firefox 67 completely, searched the C drive for all the "Mozilla" and "Firefox" folders and deleted it manually. After restarting my pc I ran registry cleaner. Then downloaded Firefox 66 full standalone setup. Installed it. Restored my previous profile folder. Didn't got any error msg of missing profile and was using it for half an hour. But after installing ver. 66 I forgot to change the automatic updation to manual and firefox updated to ver 67 again. And on restart the same old msg "Your firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible." began to came again. So I went through the whole process of uninstalling and removing and reinstalling 66 again. Now I am not getting that annoying error msg and finally writing this.... I hope firefox team will soon rectify that bug with the new update and also hope that if anyone else is having the same issue then this will help them.
Thank you and God Bless you All
cor-el, could this be a bug with the new Profile Manager?
What profile are you currently using?
Is this a xxxxxxxxx.default-release profile or a xxxxxxxxx.default profile?
Did you ever copied files from one profile to another profile or renamed the profile folder on the hard drive?
Dear cor-el,
My firefox profile name is just "Dell". Nothing like "default-release" or "default" after the name. I copied the profile folder to make its backup before uninstalling the ver 67 and never tried to rename the profile folder.
Hope you will find this helpful.
You probably have problem with the profiles.ini file that registers profiles. Your current profiles.ini contains a link to a profile that doesn't exist.
You would have to use the Profile Manager to create a new profile and use the "Choose Folder" button to point to your copied Dell profile.

Note that you should never use "Choose Folder" to specify a folder that already contains files and that isn't a Firefox profile folder. Only use "Choose Folder" to recover an profile that isn't listed in the Profile Manager.
