The icon for returning to the home page has disappeared.

The icon to return to firefox has disappeared i.e. when I read my gmail, there is no icon (a house?) to return me to the home page. How do I get it back?

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

cad 56, Thank you! I always tried to use the 'back' (green circle/arrow) button - and it never worked. I did not know about the Home button. Thanks Donna
