How do I STOP these pain in the ars requests to install an update to yahoo! toolbar?

Every few days when I start Firefox a pop up box asks me to update my yahoo! toolbar. I have never had a yahoo toolbar nor will I ever want a yahoo toolbar.

How to I put a STOP to this unwanted action?
