Despite numerous reboots, Firefox claims it is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system.
Task Manager fails to show Firefox running. I have used all Norton Utilities programs to try to fix the problem. Nevertheless I get that message every time I try to open Firefox. I am hesitant to try to remove Firefox and reinstall it lest I lose all my bookmarks, etc.
