Best to ask about that in the Firefox Portable support forum, as the Portable version isn't an official release from Mozilla, it is a 3rd party build.
But it is the only 3rd party build that is allowed to use the official Firefox branding, so it is "blessed" by Mozilla. All other 3rd party builds have to use the generic branding or create their own, as Palemoon, CometBird, and a few others have done.
