Which Windows version are you using?

Is that Windows 8 or an older Windows version?

Are you still using the same Windows account because Windows 8 can create a temporary account in case of problems?

What kind of error do you get with Firefox?

Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
