Unable to receive/send emails using my email account (janet.eaton@live.com). Keep getting "login to server imap-mail.outlook.com" with my username failed. I'm able to receive/send emails on iPad and iPhone but not on Windows laptop. This started on July 26th. I also have an outlook account that I don't use...I use the mozilla thunderbird program to manage/organize all emails. Where do I go from here? How can I resume using my email acct on mozilla thunderbird? Can you help? Thank you, Janet Eaton

Try this: change server to outlook.office365.com, port 993, SSL/TLS and authentication to OAUTH2.
