I have been trying to watch a video on cbs.com and a message keeps saying that it won't play because of an ad blocker (which i've never installed). This just started happening (and I think it was after I updated Firefox). Can you help?

I've watched episodes of my favorite show on CBS.com before and this has never happened. I have never installed an ad blocker and I've allowed pop ups so I'm not sure what the issue is. Did something change in the Firefox browser that is not allowing me to watch these videos? Could it be a plug in problem? Any insight would be great.

Hi gscrivs-

I would suggest that you examine your Add-ons Manager to see if an ad blocker has been installed. Open Firefox, select 'Tools' and 'Add-ons'. This will open the Add-ons Manager which will list all installed plug-ins. Look at all of the tabs. If you do see an ad blocker it should have an option to disable or remove it. Hope that helps.
