Is it a particular toolbar -- for example, a bar created by an add-on -- or do you mean the way you have customized one or more of your toolbars?

There is a way to copy your entire Firefox setup. This involves copying the contents of your current active personal settings folder (Firefox profile folder) into your newly minted personal setting folder on the other PC. Because the folder names will be different (they are partially randomized), you will need to retain the newly created folder name on the new PC in order to do the brain transplant.
