Right clicking the personas+ icon, select 'My favourites'. Usually, instead of a list of favourites, I get a single entry 'An error occured while loading your favourites'.

Sometimes, for no apparent reason, it works.

Sometimes, it asks my to log in, so I do, but it doesn't seem to believe I've logged in - at least the menu doesn't change.

Hi thostanner, There are quite a bit of addons listed in your troubleshooting profile that are related to sessions, cookies, and logins.

Where are you logging in with Persona plus? I am not sure if this is related: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=920557

If you temporarily disable: Personas Rotator 8.8 does the error go away? Persona logins do timeout after a while as well.

In your settings, do you have History set to remember cookies until they expire?

Thank you. That bug exactly describes my situation. And I tried restarting with no extensions but personas + and it didn't help, but then I imagine if it was that bug then it wouldn't?

Apologies I should also include this: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi?id=etiquette.html
