Where can I find human help 1-800 / Downloads don’t work!
After the initial firefox download none of the downloads have ever worked. All help options never quite fit and tech. Support never replies. I am not a computer and I require a human to communicate with. Arrogant from foxfire best describes this .

Everyone here and on Live Chat is an uncompensated volunteer trying to help other users.
There is no telephone support for Firefox, as with most other free browsers/products. If you find "human" one-on-one support for free products, you will probably be charged for that support.
You can post your question(s) on this forum, explaining the problem(s) your are experiencing or you can try the on-line Live Chat (they have very limited hours).
