Hello, I had this problem lately, the emails I had placed in a sub-folder have disappeared from one day to another, only those in this specific folded, I had them stored for months, and now they are all gone, folder empty. Of course I did not erased them nor gave any input to delete. If I wanted to delete them I would have it done one by one, not all of them but leaving the sub-folder.

To me it is a serious problem, i store emails for any client and business, I cannot afford to lose them, anyone know what may have happened, and if I can get them back? No sign of them in Thrash either...

thanks!

Please explain why you think that is related to Firefox. Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Mozilla Thunderbird, let us know and we can move this thread to the Thunderbird queue. This question currently is in the Firefox queue for answers.

Very sorry, my fault, I misplaced my post, it was intended for Thunderbird, if you can move it for me I would appreciate it.

Thanks and sorry again.
