Can I automatically start the browser console automatically when I open FireFox?

I can start the browser console from the Developer mode manually but I would like to have many users running it to capture logs. Is there any way to have the browser console start automatically when they open FireFox? Thanks

Try to append the -jsconsole switch to the command line.
