Hi samples, when you send a message, there usually are at least two mail servers involved. Where is the rejection coming from and what is the code in the report? For example:

  • Your email provider returns the message indicating you aren't authorized to use their servers. Usually not an issue with webmail accessed in Firefox because you're logged into the site.
  • Your email provider forwards a report from the receiving server indicating:
    • Email address isn't valid
    • Message rejected for policy reasons (e.g., spammy)

That depends on why the messages are getting returned. That's why I had asked the follow-up questions before here.
