Good morning, I am able to receive emails and see them on screen. However, I am unable to respond with a reply message. The screen does not allow access to the response area. It does allow me to enter information on the subject line and to send it. Suggestions? Thanks, J

Never post any personal information because an adware robot could find it, and start sending you all kinds of spam. This includes e-mail, phone, and home information.

Please remove that information from your post.

Is the problem that the 'respond' area is not on the screen, or you can't enter anything in it?

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
