Where is the page setup option? Firefox used to be simple. Using the page setup feature, one could specify the contents and locations of the headers and footers. It is especially useful for showing the website and date of the webpage to be printed.

The page setup feature is not there. It is nowhere.

I am not going to use about:config to try to get the page setup feature.

PLEASE RESTORE THE "PAGE SETUP" FUNCTION.

Click "Print using the system dialog" at the bottom of the print preview settings.

Thank you for trying to help. The advice, "Click "Print using the system dialog" at the bottom of the print preview settings. " does not work. When I click on the "print using the system dialog," there is no option for footers and headers. This feature is gone. There is a real loss of functionality.
