Where is firefox sound settings? I currently receive random 'uh oh' sound when brose complete on some sites.

That's not a noise from Firefox itself.
Do you have any extensions installed?

NoScript has a noise to indicate that a script has been blocked as the page is loading, sounds like a mosquito zap. NoScript Options > Notifications = Audio feedback ...

That's the only extension which I have used which added a sound to Firefox.
