Many times I will use the same content for one different class (Math) to another different (career ed) class. Without having to retype everything. How can I copy form say Math class to say Career Ed class th same assignment?

Did you try to select that data and copy it to the clipboard (Ctrl+C or Ctrl+Insert) and paste it in the other class (Ctrl+V or Shift+Insert)?

No not yet, although on a smaller scale last year we could pre select an option of grade book coping to a similar class of another period, although I would like the copy to automatically copying an assignment from one different class to another. Without having to use additional steps. Is this possible with the changes made to this years portal? Normally I select all in the notes section right click copy and paste only the notes section of the assignment I want to paste. I'm looking to copy all fields of a class to a different period and class. Possible?

Probably not unless that page supports it or you would write something yourself.

Maybe a form fill extension can do that.
