I have residual links from an "unauthorized" installation that I cannot get rid of. I uninstalled that copy and re-installed the appropriate version. HELP

I am getting links to other sites, specifically adobe, that want me to install a certain version, yet Firefox doesn't recognize it. I have tried to delete that link, which comes up on my Spymaster scan and malware scans. I reset my computer with Firefox on the "official" version, and am still getting the same problem. Please help.

hello, your system is probably infected by malware/adware. please go to firefox > addons > extensions & remove FindLyrics 1.111 and Sing Along 1.111 (if it's not possible to delete them, keep them disabled). also go to the windows control panel / programs and remove all toolbars or potentially unwanted software from there and run a full scan of your system with the security software that you have in place and different other tools like the free version of malwarebytes & adwcleaner.
