if you are talking here about favourites (favorites) , or as Firefox says bookmarks, and these are in your browser Internet Explorer it is pretty easy to do, they are transferred as HTML Files as explained in

• Import Bookmarks and other data from Microsoft Edge
  • or Import Internet Explorer Favorites from another computer

MSN does not respond to the methods to transfer from Internet Explorer.

I think I have it manually completed, never did find anything that helped with MSN just internet explorer and the favorites were not there.
