I'm having trouble with a pop up saying unvalidated certificate will not open application. I have used this site often up until two days ago and it doesn't work now stating that unvalidated certificate will not open statement. And do you have a phone number? I talked to someone and they took remote access to my phone and I saw that you didn't have phone number so I hung up and disconnected my comput

Mozilla does not have phone support. Many private companies offer support for Firefox and other browsers, but those are not officially licensed or approved by Mozilla.
Is this problem on your Galaxy S4 or on a PC (Windows? Mac?), or both?
Parents are part of my question in terms of the phone number. I disconnected my computer after I exited is remote access. The second part of my question was why am i continuing to get a certificate not validated will not download app lication for something that I've been using constantly?

There are many possible reasons. Does it only affect one website?
Do you get a page that has a section called Technical Details, or can you find an error code in parentheses that describes the problem more specifically?
Or can you give a link to it (assuming no login is required)?
I am unable to get you a link to it. Its only on pogo.com a game called hearts. It's a card game. It also says a java needs to be updated. And when I updated it it would not accept it because it says the update for Java is the most current. And when I try to verify Java it says this plugin is not supported.
Okay, I'm going to assume this problem is on Windows and not Android.
Could you check the Add-ons page to see whether Java is listed and, if so, whether it is blocked? Either:
- Ctrl+Shift+a
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Plugins. On the right side, you may find two different Java plugins, the key one is called
Java(TM) Platform SE 8 U51 version 11.51.2.16
Do you have that version, or an earlier version such as U45?
