Well my new tabs I had set up to show my top visited sites and all from history. That I eventually pinned all of them down, however about a week or two ago. It randomly removed my bottom row and I only see the 4 tabs on the top row. I can only see the others when I zoom out or grab a tab I can see revealing the others below. Its really annoying a bit and I want it fixed. Or just random here are some screen shots...

First Before: http://prntscr.com/7wpeqb

and After: http://prntscr.com/7wpevb

Any help is appreciated.

If the zooming makes the text too small, you might want to use an add-on. This one is mentioned frequently: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/new-tab-tools/

Or if the zoom size is good but Firefox doesn't remember it, you may need to turn off the preload setting. You can do that here:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button promising to be careful.

(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste newtab and pause while the list is filtered

(3) Double-click the browser.newtab.preload preference to switch its value from true to false

You might need to close all currently open new tab pages and open just one and then try zooming out and it should be remembered from that point forward.

You can consider to hide the search bar and the top and bottom margins on the about:newtab page with code in the userContent.css file to get more space for tiles.
