Flash Crashing and Video Playback/Streaming Issues
Recently did a reinstall of Windows 7 and have been experiencing issues with Flash and video playback in general. Issues may or may not be related. I have not detected the issues with Opera and so I think these are Firefox problems. The 3 main video sites I use are YouTube (HTML 5 player), twitch.tv, and Crunchyroll.
1) Flash very quickly and consistently crashes
* Specifically noted when viewing streams on twitch.tv * Often crashes within a minute, almost certainly within a few minutes * Crash logs provided below
2) Playback hangs
* Occurs on all 3 sites * On twitch, stream freezes (but Flash does not crash). On YouTube, loading circle comes up and video freezes * If this occurs on twitch, Flash less likely to officially crash
3) Volume Cuts Out
* Occurs on all 3 sites * If this occurs on twitch, Flash may still crash after * I've had volume issues with my system in general, with volume occasionally cutting in gaming programs, such as League of Legends and Hearthstone. That being said, I do not experience this issue with Opera and this only occurs on video playback in Firefox.

Attempted Solutions:
* Disabled hardware acceleration in Flash * Reinstalled/Updated Flash and (I think) made sure there is only one version of Flash * Reinstalled/Updated Firefox * Cleared cookies/cache/other stored web data * Updated all drivers
I would hate to stop using Firefox as it's my favorite browser and works just fine on all of my other devices, but if this problem persists I'm going to have to. Any help or insight is appreciated!

Unfortunately, I've tried all of cor-el's fixes without success.
However, I switched to using Realtek's audio drivers instead of Microsoft's and everything seems to be running smoother. Will update again later when I've done more testing.

Just to clarify, Flash crashes on sites other than twitch.tv as well, but occurs there the quickest.
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- make sure you have the latest Flash version:
http://www.adobe.com/special/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html - check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Windows Vista and later)
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/adobe-flash-protected-mode-firefox - disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html - disable hardware acceleration in Firefox
