Am using Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit (1511) on a Lenovo T540p, 8GB Memory. (i7-4700MQ)

Have Adobe Professional and Adobe Reader installed and have tried ALL options available.

Version of FF is v43.0.4.

Don't have this problem with IE nor Chrome.

Is that happening when attempting to print a PDF file only? Or when you try to print a webpage?

It happens whenever I am trying to print a Web Page, be that to a PDF Writer (Adobe Professional) or to a standard Windows Printer.

Well, you do have two different Adobe PDF Plugins available for Firefox. Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape 11.0.13 Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape 15.9.20069

I suggest that you use the Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool and then install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

Following the recommendation, completely uninstalled both Adobe Professional xi (11) and Adobe Reader DC, using the "Cleaner Tool", restarted the Notebook and then re-installed Adobe Professional xi.

No change in the outcome, still get a 'dark grey page' when selecting "Print" from the Firefox option.
