 How do I get rid of this?

Unwanted computer internal instructions to itself appears along with the message on any forwarded or printed email. How do I get rid of this?

I think these are email message headers.

View|Headers|Normal should remove all but the minimum essentials.

 I am computer literate, but I would not have guessed where to look on this one.
