So I downloaded Firefox after Chrome kept crashing when I tried to play videos but now I'm faced with a new frustration.

When I try to go to Facebook I get "Secure Connection Failed." I've tried adjusting the security settings but nothing. So then I tried Tumblr to see if it was all social media. It let into the site but it only shows text. No formatting, no graphics, nothing. What is going on? Please help!
