Could you please explain in detail so that we can help you.

Is this a Mac issue and effecting Mac programs ? You have verified that it is or is not effecting Mac Programs. ? You have gone through all of your Mac settings a checked and also updated and or re-installed your sound drivers ?

Please expand more on the issue .

In mean time please try this ; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/what-to-do-if-firefox-wont-play-any-sounds

Thank you for asking. As one of the first beta testers for this new version of MacOS, you are likely to encounter numerous issues that support volunteers do not know about yet. But it's definitely worth mentioning in case a forum volunteer or another beta tester has a workaround. Meanwhile, are there any forums (official or unofficial) where users of High Sierra can exchange tips? Could be worth seeking out.
