Why does Google always get through even when I'm not browsing?
Regardless of whether I am stationary on a page (even an online radio station) when I am not browsing, Google shows up Cookies. This has been happening for quite a long time. Is there no way to eliminate this from happening; like all other Cookies... Google has become like a cancer on the internet. :(

Firefox uses the Google SafeBrowsing service to download lists of phishing and malware sites a couple times a day. A special purpose cookie is created in that process; it is separate from normal browsing cookies set when you visit Google sites and shouldn't appear in the Cookies dialog. External utility software that understands how Firefox's cookies database works will see it.
Do you think it might be that?
