Not sure how to turn that off or partially off. Turn on yes. We are talking about Most Visited sites I hope. What you can do is click Most Visited to open then right click over the Url Shortcut you do not want. There is also a option when clicking over the link to Forget About This Site.

They are not my most visited sites, most being sites I never visited. Most Visited is empty.
