When I enter a few search terms in firefox quantum and press enter I get the invalid url error page. I'm using the address bar for search and navigation.

How can I set firefox up to work like chrome so that when the information entered in the adress bar is not recognised as a usable url it will send it to the default search page?

I have this behavior on both windows and linux versions of quantum.

If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Or it is your Profile : Make a new one and test ...: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
