Firefox won't open. I have clicked on the icon multiple times to start Firefox and didn't open at all. I've tried to uninstall it so I could reinstall it in hopes of it working.

What can I do to fix it?

HI, Please consider turning on send info to Mozilla from with in Firefox before posting a question. This helps us help you. I have no info from your system that would help see things that cause issues. Not even which version of Firefox you are using.

Please run this for Win10 errors : *Repair System Registry and Files Find the Dos Prompt Right Click and Run as Administrator then : Copy/Paste to Dos Window : DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth then hit Enter Note : DISM goes up to Microsoft for new ones.

The SFC /Scannow (SFC <space>/Scannow) command uses local files to fix issues does same thing but in Win 10 go Up and get New Files is better.

This to try and save your bookmarks just incase of a issue :

Install 58.0.2 with Full Version Installer over top. https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

I am using the 58.0.2 with the Full Version Installer if that helps. I tried to delete it so I could refresh it by uninstalling it and it won't let me, because it says that I can't delete it, because Firefox is open on my computer and I've looked and it's not even turned on even in the background.

Hi, So you have checked it is not running in Task Manager ?

If you reboot does it still say it is open when try to install using the Full Version Installer ?

Try Starting Windows 10 in Safe Mode : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode Then run the Installer please.
