I installed Firefox 59.0.3 (64-bit) on Dell Latitude 7480 laptop. When I go to the page "about:preferences?entrypoint=menupanel#sync" and try to sign-in to my Firefox Account Sync by clicking on the button "Sign-In", nothing happens. Even when I click the link "Don't have an account? Get started" to create a new account, NOTHING happens!

Googled the issue and found https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/930522

But this doesn't solve my issue. Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks, Abhi.

So what happens when you go to the 3Bar Menu and Click it then Click Sign Into Sync at the very top. ???

Hi!

It simply opens the page "about:preferences?entrypoint=menupanel#sync" as shown in the attached screenshot. The "Sign-in" button does nothing when I click on it. Neither does the link "Don't have an account? Get started".
