Respected,

can you please help me use Thunderbird, until recently, i was able to use the Mail client program Mozilla Thunderbird, which we had on my computer before. Since October 7, Thunderbird cannot synchronize messages - the message, login to server outlook.office 365.com with username....failed. Has something changed in the settings and how can we use Thunderbird again? Sending a picture of the problem in attachment.

Thank you in advance,

Best regards,

Tanja Stevic

The issue is not  ; Office365 has been going through a transition this year and settings may have changed for you. I am not skilled at Offic365, but I saw this other post that seems similar to what you are experiencing: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1385304

Hello

note that if you have trouble with OAuth2, you can also create an 'app password' in the provider's configuration. In this case you keep using standard authentication with Thunderbird, but it's a different password than your provider account password.
