Windows 11 is not showing Thunderbird email download

I had to restart Windows 11 on PC & now my Thunderbird Email program will not Download or does not appear to download. When I click Download al that appears is the Donate link. When I check my Download list it does not show up there. This has happened on the FireFox Browser & Microsoft Edge. Wierd! There maybe some permission that is not showing up on my pc so if so I have no idea how to access the setting.

Is the problem with TB or the two browsers you mention?
