How to stretch pages to fit 1600 wide monitor?

more options

I reset my "external" monitor (netbook attached) to 1200x 1600 pixels.

Now pages load well under full screen wide.

I can Control + to zoom them to fit, but I don't want to have to do that for every single page I open.

There's a setting?
