Clipboard contents replaced with querybrowser://[bgob]
Sometimes I'll copy something to the clipboard, and somewhere along the line, between copying and pasting, the clipboard contents become "querybrowser://[bgob]". What is this? Where does it come from? I've Googled this, and I get no results at all! What's screwing up my clipboard? Could it be an add-on?
Also, yesterday, I tried to copy some text to my clipboard so I could paste it back into my browser after reloading it. But when I reloaded my browser, the clipboard was bare, and so the poor doggy... had to retype everything. Now assume that I'm not an idiot. Assume this is the computer. Where the hell did the clipboard contents go?

If you close Firefox then the content of the clipboard get closed, this will hopefully change in a future version. So you need to paste content on the clipboard in a text document before closing Firefox if you want to preserve it.
Ok, so that answers that. I think that's new, though. I don't remember it happening before. At any rate, where is querybrowser://[bgob] coming from?
I have the same problem. I copy url directly from my site, paste in browser and i get query bob
I paste it on notebook to clean it, copy and paste, I get query bob.
or I am told that my url cannot be found which is ridiculous because i just had it opened.
IE is bad enough. Is Firefox going to be just as unreliable. We have nothing else to use. I am going to Try Opera, and see if that works better. I have heard of others going to google chrome, less problems as well.
Do a malware check with a few malware scan programs.
You need to use all programs because each detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.
