plugin updates will not stop appearing when firefox is opened. have done updates but does not see Adobe update. How do I fix this

When I open firefox plugin update page appears ,I have done all updates it wanted, but it does not see the Adobe update as being done. adobe is current as per there site. 

How do I stop or turn off this problem?
