I need to open this web site for my business and cannot open it at all....

I can open coastercompany.com but it will not open the link. Is it because it is esf??
I was running Safari and it was not opening so I thought I would try firefox and it is not working either....Please HELP

For what it's worth, I can access it on a Windows 7 system in California.
What message do you get when you try to access the site: Firefox can't find the server, or the content just isn't delivered?
That is the Order link on that web page.
Does only the link on that page not work or can't you open the storefrontB2BWEB page as well?
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
