Have tried numerous times to access Fishpond.com.au but I keep getting an error message telling me it is unable to connect.

The crazy thing is out of the blue I will click on the link one day and it will access, log out, try the next day and get the same error message. So that tells me it can log in at times but most of the time I can't. Can anyone help as Firefox is useless when it comes to getting help from them.

Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache.

  • Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Thanks cor-el I did as you have described above I pressed and held the shift key and left clicked the reload button but nothing happened. I cleared the cache I went to remove the cookies from sites causing problems but I could not see any that related to Fishpond so I just deleted them all. I reloaded the Fishpond page and had the same error message, since I started to use Firefox I have had no real problems with it till now, I went on a website called "down for everyone or just me" and it said that it is just me and that Fishpond is up, I know there is no issue with Fishpond so it is obviously something from Firefox.
