more options

When i am surfing the web and see a blog that I want to follow. I hit the follow this blog button. Then instead of getting the window with my photo in it . . .the one where i hit follow this blog. I get a look a like screen only my photo is replaced with a blue generic no photo. All I want to do is get it back to normal . . .I follow all blogs publicly.

First, could you check to make sure you aren't blocking images from any sites likely to be hosting that photo? You can check here:

orange Firefox button or classic Tools menu > Options > Content

To the right of "Load images automatically" click the Exceptions button. You can remove any sites you don't want to block.

Any change?

More generally, when you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.

1. Clear Firefox's Cache

orange Firefox button or Tools menu > Options > Advanced

On the Network mini-tab > Offline Storage : "Clear Now"

2. If needed, delete the site's cookies here (this may log you out)

While viewing a page on the site, right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"

Then try reloading the page. Does that help?
