when trying to update firefox, i got a window that has two areas: downloading & installing

downloading complete / installing void (nothing happens) then it starts downloading again from zero till completing / installing void (nothing happens) and so on...

can anyone help?

hello, please see if it is working correctly with the full installer of the current version instead that can be obtained from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ and installed on top of your current version.
