cannot connect to IMAP server
After a Thunderbird upgrade, I can no longer connect to the IMAP Server. Error messages say server times out. Same user name and password as before. I can access email thru server portal directly, so I have the correct user name, etc.

Verify whether there is a personal firewall blocking Thunderbird.
NO personal firewall. Windows 10 Firewall configured to allow Thunderbird Portable. I can access using my IPad, so the issue is not in the Router. Disable Windows Firewall and I can access, but since the progra is whitelisted for the Firewall, not sure where to go next.
